Applicants with a minimum of 2 years experience, who wish to be employed with Azim Premji Foundation after completing the Masters' programmes offered by the Azim Premji University, can appear for an employment interview during the admissions process. Based on the interview and the candidate’s background, employment offers may be made by the Azim Premji Foundation, thus providing job security after completion of the degree. Candidates can join the Foundation in appropriate roles after successfully completing the Master’s degree.
